Community College of Philadelphia is offering a free half day workshop for those that are seeking to get started in business. A new report released this month by the Kauffman Foundation cited the rise of business start-ups. Many people are creating their own job by starting a business since they have not been able to find one. The Drexel MCIC Health day is coming May 21st. To gear up for the Neighborhood 5k we invite Mantua residents to join the uGO Community Wellness Group. Every Saturday from April 2nd to May 21st the uGo Team will be hosting different free fitness activities at Saunders Park 39th street and Powelton Ave. The Rain location will be Metropolitan Baptist Church, 3500 Baring Street. The 8-weeks of fitness will culminate in a 5k walk and run at the Drexel MCIC Health Day event.
